We came for lunch on a Saturday afternoon and at 1:30 the Restaurant was packed.
We told our server we would share an order of Fried Calamari and he brought the family size, way to much, but couldn't stop eating .
Sautéed chicken, portabella mushrooms, garlic, tossed with penne pasta, topped with goat cheese, Penne Portabella, was delicious.
Breaded cutlet topped with warm roasted potatoes, chilled tomatoes and red onion, fresh mozzarella, basil, balsamic vinaigrette, Veal Capriccosa, was very different and very good.
I should add that they make wonderful Bread here.
A Carafe of Pinot Grigio was just right.
All the Entrees are listed as " Lunch " on the Menu but are the same portion as on the Dinner Menu and the portions are very large .
The pre tip total , including tax, was a little over $65.
You've really gotta come and eat here, the food is delicious and lunch prices are not to be believed.
The same family owns 2 completely different restaurant, Savannah's and Little Sorrento, both in Cortlandt Manor. We go to both. The food here is excellent and the service is friendly. The recipe's are different and the preparation is very special, wonderful cooks.Prices are more than fair for the large portions, there is always take home.No wonder they are packed on weekends.
