This is the third time we have stayed at Peek 'n Peak. We have stayed twice in the summer and also at Christmas. The property is beautiful, the amenities have a wide variety of choices and there are tons of things for all ages to do. The most amazing thing at the resort are the employees. The resort is also centrally located to Ontario, Pennsylvania and Ohio. We live in southwestern ontario and it is a 4-5 hour drive. No concerns with flights, etc. We are fortunate to have such a fun, quality and reasonably priced resort within such a short distance!

Room tip: We have always stayed at the inn. Found both the rooms and suites to be spacious, clean and quiet.

My husband and three year old daughter stopped here for the night while driving from Chicago to Vermont for a wedding. This hotel was wonderful! Upon checking in, we were pleasantly greated by the desk staff. We received passes for the pool, and they even gave us a s’mores kit to use at the fire pits on the property.
The room was great! Comfy beds and everything was clean.
The pools were insane! Zero depth entry for the kids, a water slide, an indoor outdoor hot tub, an indoor pool with a 10’+ deep end... my family loved it!
We liked this hotel so much that we changed our plans on our return drive so we could return to The Inn at the Peak. The second visit was just as good as the first. Relaxing, peaceful, and so much fun!!! We will definitely return to this hotel.

What a great resort here in western New York State. Off the beaten path but well worth it. Ski area in the winter and a fun summer destination too. The spa was wonderful and the pool area is very relaxing. The food in the Bistro 210 was top notch that you would find in any five star restaurants. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great place.

My friends and I were just up there on July 14th 2018. We had a manicure/pedicure and massage package schedule from 11-3 for a small group; however we did not end up leaving the spa until 7pm. The Pool/Spa Manager stepped in to do nails because the nail tech called in sick. She had no idea what she was doing, One of my friends had on gel polish and the manager tried to remove it by scraping it off her nails which made them all chunky then painted over them. In the end she charged her $100 for a simple manicure and pedicure that looked terrible!!!

The Inn hotel smelled musty/moldy. There was a place by the steps in our room that looked like someone through a class at the wall and it shattered but was never cleaned up. The wall was sticky and there were still glass shards stuck to the wall and on the carpet. The floors didn't look like they had been swept for awhile. We left the door open because of the mold smell because we were afraid we would get sick. Room service sits outside peoples doors for 24 hours before someone comes to get the dirty plates, but they have time to slip your receipt and check out instructions under the door. We paid $250 for one night to live in hell. I did not sleep well at all because the hotel felt so dirty.

Room tip: Do not stay here. not worth your money.

We attended a family wedding in May 2018 at the Resort. Upon arrival, those staying for the night all received "goody bags" compliments of the bridal couple which included snacks and water. The ceremony was supposed to be held outside on the Golf Course, but due to inclement weather it was moved inside. The staff made the change flawlessly and accommodated everyone with ease. The reception was held in a building called The Retreat and was absolutely beautiful. The food was very good for the most part. The appetizers were wonderful. I know some who had the prime rib felt their meat was overcooked, but that's difficult to get exactly right with a big group. My meal, chicken cordon bleu, was very good though. My husband and I spent the night at the Inn. Our room was very large, clean and well appointed. The king-sized bed was very comfortable and there was a nice flat screen TV, fridge and coffee maker. The shower was wonderful!! We were very comfortable. We had the breakfast buffet in the morning as guests of the bride's parents. The selection was not large, but everything was hot and tasty. We enjoyed the wedding and the stay.

Room tip: If you have trouble with stairs, you will want to ask for a first floor room as there is no elevator at the Inn.
