I called to make a reservation the day of my arrival. Chanel answered the call and was helpful, cheerful and personable. You could hear her smile through the phone connection. When I arrived I was then greeted by Chanel and I asked for suggestions for dinner. She recommended the Bistro across the street at the Courtyard Marriott and gave me menu items that she enjoyed. I did take her advice and went over to have a great evening. Jessica and Sarah were amazing servers, bartenders, and chefs. I had the Fig, sautéed onion flatbread which was quite good.

I was so pleased with the service, their professionalism and caliber.

Whatever training you offer - it’s working. Nicely done.

Stood one night due to overbooked flight.
Rooms are ok however dated. King bed was comfortable. Free breakfast wasn’t bad however they should clean the dining area better as the tables are left dirty and it wasn’t busy. Didn’t use pool but it looked nice. Overall not a bad stay...... decent.

Always love The Fairfield hotels. Always a wonderful stay. Emily at the front desk was a wonderful help in suggesting restaurants to try while here and went the extra mile and spent time to print us off the suggestions. Very friendly staff. Clean modern hotel. Parking right on site to leave vehicles while on vacation.

Stayed overnight for a near by wedding. Rooms were great although ours did have a cigarette smoke smell. Took the free shuttle to the hall and saved money on a cab. Breakfast was simple not great but I had worse at a hotel.

I am rating thr fairfield as average only because i stayed at the sister hotel next door the townsuites and paid the same price but the townsuites are much nicer. Fairfield the walls are thin and you can hear everything. So i barely slept because you could hear showers, toiletd, people walking in the hall. I stayed in room 106 and all i could smell was burnt toast since room 106 is close to the kitchen. Rooms need a little bit of updating and to me the mattress was hard. However they have such lovely staff, and the lobby area is quite nice. They have an indoor pool and jacuzzi. The rooms come with mini fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast is included and what you would expect from warm eggs, toast, juice, yougurt, etc. For the price though i would stay at the townsuites which updated rooms and a full kitchen.
