Great open air / outdoor venue for any concert. Safe, plenty of parking, good choice of food and drinks. Comfortable seats under the roof and good sound system.

concerts are way over priced - to the point of gouging --acoustics are only fair - parking is poor and getting out after concert is .............

Easy to get to - just minutes from downtown Canandaigua. Plenty of parking with easy access and exit.

Acoustics are excellent and seating is comfortable.

Based on our first concert there (Earth, Wind, and Fire), we will definitely want to be on the mailing list for future events.

We had shell seats for Brett Eldrich. There is a lot of leg room. I usually get grass seats. Great sound.

Seeing the Piano Guys at CMAC was amazing! It was a perfect night, gentle breeze blowing through with incredible music so close you felt like you could touch it! And even if it had rained there are over 5,000 seats under cover. We were in the 14th row and went back and forth from looking right at the stage to watching the huge screens. The use of visuals with the live music was incredible! Can't wait to go again. We learned something leaving however - you can't go out the way you came in which we discovered was no biggie. You just make a left out of the parking lot and essentially go around a BIG country block to get back to downtown Canandaigua.

It was great. My mom's first time there. The shuttle from the parking lot for those who needed it was most helpful.

We saw Alan Jackson in concert. The parking was ample and cheap ($10), the lawn seats were good and the price for the drinks was reasonable (although always pricey). The facility is really pretty and the acoustics great. A wonderful night.

We went to see Alan Jackson last night, The parking was fine. $10 was not unreasonable. The venue was great. We sat on the lawn. You can see the stage from everywhere. The food at the concessions was reasonably priced, but the drinks were ridiculous. The only beers that were offered were Corona and some other kind of "cerveza". $15 for a beer is way too much! Why not offer some American beers and some Finger Lakes wines? So instead of enjoying an adult beverage, I opted to drink water, which was still $4! With the cost of tickets and outrageous fees, you should be able to bring your own food and drinks!

David Byrne then beach boys. Two days of great live music. The staff and the facilities were great. Bathroom lines were even reasonable :-) the best deal was the small box of wine!

Recently attended the concert of a well-known alternative music artist at CMAC. Overall I remain unimpressed with the venue. If you are not interested in seeing the performance, and prefer laying under the stars to listen from the general seating, this is a perfect venue. If you expect to have a more intimate experience but have not paid for the 'box seats' in the wings, then plan on not being able to see and not being able to hear over the crowds milling to and from the tightly packed seats under the shell.

Be aware that the vendor pricing is steep for soda, food, beer, wine and water. You may bring an empty water container, but there is only 1 drinking fountain at which to fill it, otherwise be prepared to pay. My husband and I had two pretzels, a soda, a small beer, and popcorn at a cost of $33. Of course, many people tail-gate in the parking lot before the events, adding a certain drunken charm to the crowds inside.
