Description: An Eclectic Taste Of Mexico. Chef Antonio covers all the bases, deliciously. Everything on the menu is prepared fresh and made to order and the majority of the menu can be prepared gluten free. Because of the flavorful, full-bodied sauces, you will be pleasantly full at the end of your meal accompanied with a fun Margarita like a Jalapeno, Watermelon Margarita. Nothing else like Antonio's Restaurant in beautiful Taos, New Mexico.

The New Mexican food was superb! Great recommendations from our waiter got us to try some things we had never had before. All were great! Everything was 5 stars!

We had never visited Taos and were looking for some New Mexican food. We checked Antonio’s out on line and decided to try it. We are glad we did! Excellent food and great service. Antonio greated us personally and we were impressed by his attitude and friendliness. He moved around the room interacting with all his “guests” making sure they were happy with their selections. The meals we had were so good and left us feeling great but not “stuffed” and heavy. A great place to eat!

Overall good food but lunch spoiled by dishonest practice of the owner who charged us a flat 20% gratuity though the menu mentions it for party of six or more and we were only two !!! Really unpleasant especially as it is a family business and the service was not even better than average, not even friendly... Dont encourage this type of unfair ,behavior. Go elsewhere...

There is something to be said for dining in the old town of Taos, and, this being New Mexico, there is something to be said for sharing great tamales while sitting on crates in a vacant lot. Even so, it was special to be confronted with some of the best food of our lives in an unassuming restaurant at the intersection of Este Es and Rte. 68, a short walk from the RV park we were staying in. I went there to have the Chile Relleno en Nogada, often a beautifully presented dish which I've had a few times in Mexico. And...WOW!, one bite put this in first place. My wife had a special consisting of a lobster enchilada, crab taco and a red pepper stuffed with shrimp with a fantastic sauce. I'm no expert but the menu seemed to be directed to the cuisine of Old Mexico. We then shared the pastel de tres leches for dessert (there was plenty for two). We're no strangers to this dessert but this was To Die For! I recommended this restaurant to friends who came away with the same great opinion. FIVE STARS Gracias, Antonio, Sara y familia.
