This is a good location for a restaurant but every owner seems to bail quickly and it's not because of the location or food, just the wrong people seem to buy it for the wrong reasons. Any takers?

Good spot for a meal. About 10 miles South of Chama. Small with personal service, limited menu but Good Food .
