It was a nice place to stay for the night while our family traveled across country. The pool was nice but too deep for our toddlers. The atrium of the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nicely maintained. The breakfast seemed to have a lot of options at first glance but it’s mainly Thai food with Nescafé coffee. No fresh black coffee.

This is generally a good hotel for THB 1,500 per night. The highlights are the atrium which is very impressive with lovely seating and a serene atmosphere. The bed is super comfortable; AC really cold and efficient; bedside light controls are very swish. TV okay, two English stations. Decor okay but beginning to date. Pool okay but poor surround. Issues with temperature of water in room which was tepid one day. Poor sound insulation room to room.
For this price I would suggest this offers good value for money.

Visited for on a Sunday evening for the Dinner Buffet ( not a staying & paying guest )

Upon being the first to arrive ( table was pre-booked for 5 people ) my wife informed the Head Waitress that one of the 5 is an 11 Year old girl, to which we were told that the 11 Year old girl will only be charged Half Price. That seemed fair.

When our 3 x Friends arrived and had seated down, the Waitress came over and informed us as the 11 Year old girl is Tall ( half Western ) she would be charged at Full Price!!!! ( What the Hell! )

Most of the Hot Food was COLD. We started with the Soup which was stone cold. They took fresh and heated the soup up in the Kitchen's Microwave for us.

The majority of the Hot Meat dishes were also only Luke Warm.

Water service was excellent.

However about 8pm the Hot food dishes were running Low and never got replenished ( very poor )

Then surprise surprise at about 8.30pm a Coach load turned up and then it was all action and all new food was bought out.

This is not how you treat all your other customers, leave them without fresh food, while waiting for your big booking group to arrive.

There are SO MANY other places to eat around Korat, that honestly I do not think that we will ever bother to return here to eat.

At 330 Baht per person you can eat like a king at so many other venues.........

We are really sorry that you had such a bad experience with our buffet restaurant Nai-Ruen. We clearly see the problems and will take immediate actions to solve your problems about the luke warm or even cold food. As well we will arrange a training for our staff in Nai Ruen to ensure such mistakes like with your daughter will be not anymore in the future.

Back to stay at this hotel after its renovation. General area like lobby is with nice decoration/lighting. Room interior also been renovated with new carpet but water system and air con still be using the old ones. The service level was disappointed, went to sit at lobby for a drink, although staff saw us but never attempted to serve and I got to walk to the bar to order drinks. Breakfast was normal with standard choices but this time there was only instant coffee machine, the old brew type coffee is no longer exist. Overall is good value for the rate we paid.

Service sucks

Asked for wifi password - “ a bell boy will bring it up shortly “. 2 hours later , nothing. Never mind , zzz time

Safe accidentally locked - if you have not activated it yet, and put some stuff in it, if you shut the unit , “click”, it’s locked and you can’t open it

Then- try ask for someone to open it- an hour later they still not arrive - it actually takes some front desk shouting to get them active
