“awesome villa!”

Stayed here for 5 nights last week with wife, 3 year old and another couple with 2 young kids.
was not sure if it was going to be big enough for everyone to have their own space when needed, the photo's do not do this place justice, this place is huge!!
The main open plan living area has a kitchen, dining area, living area overlooking the pool, full size table tennis/pool table and a huge home theatre area.
Got a temporary pool fence to keep the kids out of trouble, pool itself was huge with a day bed overlooking it.
Meals and staff were great, always there to bring us drinks or food and the Balinese really love kids and always took the time to give them attention.
Location is excellent, being on the east end of eat street (Lakmana) it is only a very short walk to the shops, restaurants and bars that line eat street.
Only down side was the sewage smell in the open air bathroom and the bloody rooster in the residence behind that thought it was the crack of dawn every hour!
Nothing to do with the villa, but seriously how hard is it to build a decent footpath on a main street, taking my son out in the stroller was like going through an obstacle course, but not a fun one.

We are in 6 and all of us had an adorable days at this villa! Good service, good location and the staffs are all professional!
Anah and Iluh are adorable and they made our days at Bali perfect!
Every time when we went out they asked to carry mineral water and sunblock! Like my mother worried about me when I was child!
I hope stay at this villa someday!

“Relaxed with Friends”
Reviewed 31 May 2013 for a stay in May 2013

Myself and two good friends rented Villa Tania for a week and absolutely loved it! The place was amazing, so much bigger than we expected so with just the three of us we enjoyed having a room and bathroom to ourselves and being able to hangout in such a large space you can also find time alone.
What made our stay even better was the amazing staff Iluh and Agung! They were there everyday to deliver us breakfast of our choice and did a wonderful job of keeping the place clean and comfortable. Agung also mixed some excellent drinks for our afternoons by the pool.
The groundstaff and security personnel were also very friendly and did a great job of keeping the huge pool clean, gardens neat and our perimiter safe in case you had any security concerns.
If I were to find one small negative it would be that the driveway to the Villa does flood up to your knees if there is alot of rain however other than that the location is brilliant. Only a short walk to a great selection of restaurants and bars.
I cannot wait to come again and thank Iluh and Agung for their warm hospitality and I would recommend this Villa to any of my family and friends.

“Perfect !”

Our family holiday of 6 adults and a four month old baby was perfect due to the awesomeness of Iluh & Agung ! and this villa; if you want peace, good restaurants, and lazing around with family. A quick trip to Kuta for market shops & dvd's was needed, but that was our 'fix' of hustle & bustle (and bargaining!) Cooked brekkie every day was great, as was our lunches which Iluh cooked some days. She also organised a suckling pig ( Babi Guling) for one nights dinner and it was AMAZING !!! Lovely accompaniments all for Au$80 and we had lots of left overs. Beds are very firm, but worth putting up with. Only one TV with not great reception; could do with another and get dvd's early. Will definitely stay again

“Heavenly!”
Reviewed 9 April 2013 for a stay in April 2013

If I had the choice, I'd keep this gem a secret...!!
We just returned from a week in Villa Tania, and we can't recommend it highly enough. Like other reviewers before me, I agree that the excellent team- Iluh, Agung and Wayung - made it extra special. They are so very lovely, helpful and pleasant to be around, and the food served (great breakfasts and excellent Indonesian food) was truly amazing.
The villa itself is just like the description and the photos - only better! We felt at home right away upon arrival. The villa is spacious and has lots of different areas to relax in. The bedrooms have large closets and chests of drawers to put away all your things.
Being close to all the wonderful shops and restaurants for those who like to step out for a while, it is right there on your doorstep yet the villa is so peaceful if you decide to stay and chill by the pool. We did a few day trips too, which Iluh helped arrange and it all worked out perfectly.
Our kids (12 and 10) can't wait to return and they had a fantastic time at Villa Tania. The pool, the pool & ping pong table, TV area, the garden,..lots of things to keep them busy and they had a spacious bedroom to hang out in too when they wanted to.
We will definitely be back when we can Tania! Thank you for a wonderful week Iluh Agung and Wayung. :-)
