Beautiful villa which was always spotlessly clean.
The grounds are well maintained and the service was fantastic. The staff were so accommodating and really knew the local area so they were always eager to recommend places to dine at.
I highly recommend Villa Air Bali.

We spent 5 relaxing nights here in a gigantic one bedroom pool villa and were very happy with our choice, after perusing countless Seminyak villa options on TripAdvisor. Villa Air Bali was incredible value considering the size of the villa and all the added little perks. We requested a villa with a particular bathroom (after looking through photos online) and were put in Villa 3, which looked exactly like the photos (but even bigger in real life!).

Some highlights:
- In-villa dining: breakfast delivered to your villa each day (with a wide range of options: Indonesian (highly recommend the Nasi Goreng), American (eggs + bacon etc), Japanese, Burrito, and Healthy) as well as afternoon tea (your choice of drink + a selection of balinese sweets which changed each day). You could also eat at the cafe which overlooks the gardens.
- Free mini-bar refilled each day (soft drinks, iced tea, 2 bintangs per day)
- Water cooler (both chilled and boiling filtered water), which was great since it's so warm and the water is not drinkable. We went through two tanks while we were there, it was simple to get it replaced
- Free shuttle service: we didn't make the most of this until later in our stay. You need to book in advance (and sometimes it's booked out) but they can take you into town and pick you up, so convenient! Even though the taxis are cheap it gets tiring having to haggle with the drivers who don't want to use their meter, particularly at night
- So much privacy - the room, pool, outdoor area and courtyard are all enclosed with tall walls. We didn't hear our neighbours at all.
- Amazing service: Everyone was so lovely and polite, and attended to our requests promptly and with huge smiles on their faces. Special mention to the shuttle drivers (including Wayan, who collected us from the airport with wet towels and cool water waiting) and the front office staff. They were really accommodating and attentive.
- Well-equipped villa: the outdoor area is huge, with a proper kitchen, water cooler (as mentioned), lounge, TV. There is also a PC in the room. We requested speakers/an iPod dock.

Some other points to mention:
- The villa is not in the centre of the shopping/restaurant areas (which probably helps them stay quiet) but is a short walk/shuttle/taxi ride away to the main shopping areas / beach / restaurants (e.g. Sarong is about 700m away; Potato Head about 1.5km away). The roads are pretty narrow and you need to keep an eye out for traffic. This is why the free shuttle service is so handy, particularly when it's hot! There's convenience stores nearby and a small Revolver Espresso store for great coffee about 500m away
- Unfortunately the spa is not nearly as cheap as the many other massage/spas in Seminyak, so we did not try it.
- The villa supplies and refills lots of beauty miniatures (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, after sun gel) but they're no longer L'Occitane branded (as in some of the photos) - they are now self-branded.
- Being outdoor villas, there are some geckos/ants/other wildlife, but it's all to be expected! Housekeeping light mosquito coils each night and we never saw anything coming into the villa
- Wifi was free but occasionally patchy
- Villa grounds are large but pretty quiet and not crowded at all, we didn't see much of other guests. It seems (like many other places in Bali) to attract a lot of Japanese and Chinese guests.

All in all, it was a great, relaxing stay. Their "affordable luxury" line is spot on: much cheaper than some of the luxury villas but still a large villa with all the amenities and great services. The villas are probably not the most modern in Seminyak, being a few years old, but they do appear exactly like they look in the pictures (even bigger).

Room Tip: Villas have different bathrooms. Villa 3 has a modern bathroom and great pool sun throughout the day, close to reception, but no road noise.

We stayed here for 5 nights, had quiet villa at back of property. Villa was well laid out and outdoor area perefct. Staff who delivered breakfast to villa were lovely and always happy to help. Pool was too cold to swim in. Transport to local area good.

We spent first three nights of our Bali experience in this boutique hotel. All the service was excellent, from the receptionist welcoming to the hotel and presenting the villa to the group who fixed our pool about 10 minutes after I has called about the issue with it.

The food wasn't anything spectacular, but not bad either. You can choose whether to have the breakfast on your own villa terrace or in the public restaurant area. There are also many good restaurants within 10 minutes walking.

Highly recommendable if you're looking for high quality for fair price!

Beautiful, quiet environment, with convenient location to great restaurants, bar, beach, shops, ATM, convenient stores (many!) and money changer. Staff are all helpful and take care in what they are doing, I didn't hear a "no" or see a face without smile during my stay. Very spacious and luxurious rooms but pool a bit small.

Room Tip: Closer to lobby.
