Loved this place. Clean, great location and fantastic villa. We had villa 104 for 3 night. Paid an extra 750k for an extra bed and breaky for outlet 6 year old daughter = worth it!!!!! Pool was a great temp all the time. Villa is great, large and functional and very nice. Breaky was good- you choose the day before and they deliver it at your requested (close too) time. Great staff and service! Highly recommended.

We stayed at Bracha for 4 nights, this was our first time in a villa and I found it very nice. Although we had a few small issues on checkin the staff were amazing and did everything they could to help us out. The pool stayed at a great temperature and the location was fantastic, very close to eat street down a little side alley and the driver even dropped us down to Biku and breezes restaurant. The hot water was the only consistent problem we had with it running out most days and then starting again after a few minutes. If they can fix the hot water issue this was would be an outstanding villa. All the staff at Bracha Villas were so lovely, helpful and cheerful I would definitely stay again. We stayed in a deluxe one bedroom villa for nine nights. The accommodation was amazing, the staff friendly and location while being close to all the attractions, we well located in a slightly quieter location (plus our villa was close to the back of the complex). The staff were always happy to help out and the grounds and room were amazing. Only points to note was the water pressure was a bit weak (but I think this is common in Bali) and the last few days the night manager had limited English so communications were a little harder (however the night manager for the first few days had great English). Would be sure to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who wanted to stay in Seminyak.

I was here for my honeymoon. The hotel is great value for money with all facilities as listed. The private villa was really private. A down side is that the facility is little old with old bathroom fittings, which had issues in getting water temperature right.
Stay was safe and hassle free with very friendly staff and excellent service. Also the hotel does not have a restaurant after 3pm which we found a bit inconvenient. Location was also bit far (20mins by walk or cab as it's all one way traffic around this place) from all local attractions.

With regards to the "one way traffic" issue ruled by the local authorities, it is over now and the two ways traffic at jalan Braban is back to normal...

Stayed just one night and although there was absolutely nothing wrong with the venue, I would not like to stay for an extended period.
Did not have a homely feel to it.
The staff were fine and all the amenities were there.
The industrial look of polished concrete and brick has been overreached I feel.
A few floor rugs would soften the look and feel.
My pool was great.
