we had a 4 bedroom villa at dyana in seminyak private pool with 2 maids...the villa was typical balinese and very well maintained and chic...maids were a godsend and very courteous...villa had all the modern facilities and close to most good restaurants and shopping

This is our second stay at Dyana Villas - we had a look at villas 11 - 16 definately not as good as 1 - 10 villas. staff very good - great breakfast in our villa
villas showing some age/ wear/ tear but still better option than staying in hotels
Recommend as value for money accommodation

I recently stayed with friends in at Dyana Villas and could not fault the experience in anyway.
We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa, which was spotlessly clean in a nice quiet location. The daily maid service was professional, sweet and unintrusive and both the Western or Indonesian breakfast cooked for you daily were delicious.
The villas had everything you would need, television, dvd player, stereo, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, air condtitioning and WiFi.
The private pool and garden were miantained daily by the gardener and were also flawless. The attention to detail in all aspects of the hotel was amazing.
I was initially a bit sceptical about staying in a villa but wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bali now.

I spend my holidays different times on Bali and found this place first time in september 2009. It was an unforgetable time for me and my friend and we decided to come back this february. It was a good decision.

The villas are big and clean, the service is excellent! Our maid was cooking delicious breakfast every morning. She was washing and ironing our clothes and delivered back same day.

The pool and the garden are romantic and unforgetable.

Not far from the Dyana villas are some freaky bars like Mixwell or BaliJoe with gay/mixed people and very good music. Don't miss it!

I don't know any other place in Seminyak or Kuta you get so much for your money.

The 1 bedroom villa at US$ 207 (for a min. of 6 nights) or US$ 265 (for less than 6 nights) is not good value at all. The villa is small, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen look dated and completely lack of charm. Bedroom doens't even have curtains properly fitting the window.

Location is convenient if you want to stay in busy and noisy Seminyak, but the beach there is not stunning, not very clean and the sand is grey.

No quiet night there either, you can ear the music coming from the nearby bars and night-clubs + lots of planes!

Their VIP service at the airport is useful as it avoids long queues at immigration, but it's a rip-off. They charge US$ 45/p ( a lot of money in Bali) for the service, which basically provides someone to meet you upon arrival, get the visas (extra US$ 25/p), gives you a little bottle of water and then takes you to the villa - which is already included in the rate.

Service at the villa is good but very easy to find better in Bali.

Quite disappointed, we left Dyana Villas and went to the Ayodya Palace in Nusa Dua, and waouh, what a difference!

For a start, the beach there is great, clean and sea is not as rough as in Seminyak.

We paid US$ 237 for a nice grande room with balcony overlooking the lagoon. This price included a great buffet breakfast served in two gorgeous restaurants.

The gardens and lobby at Ayodya are spectacularly beautiful.
No noise at all there.
Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, making the Dyana Villas very poor and seriously overpriced in comparison.
