Definitely on my favorite list but I need to be in the mood for fun. It's calmer during the day for lunch or brunch and the menus for both won't disappoint. Late nights, it gets crowded quickly. After a certain time, the tables on the first floor get pushed out of the way and there's dancing. That said, people will dance regardless of where they're seated if the mood strikes. It's definitely a party atmosphere late at night. Make a reservation for dinner and stay until dancing starts. The lounge area is great to hang out but it gets packed with people waiting for the DJ. The servers in this area work their butts off. They are all very nice so tip them well. Have the medianoche platter, guacamole and cheese platter with a pitcher of sangria (the red and white are both yum!) if it's late and if you're there for dinner, try the ropa vieja or churrasco (the best). Delicious, authentic food. Just very loud.
