You better know your kielbasi. They have about 1/2 dozen different kinds, plus tons of other homemade sausage. Anything you're looking for in east europe cooking is here, including meats, deli/cold cuts, packaged imported foods, etc.
Enough of the staff speak English so you can get advice, but try not to go on Friday evenings or Saturday, when they get very jammed, unless you know what you are doing.
