I had booked two disabled rooms for one night. We were delayed flying up from Florida and did not arrive until midnight. We went to our rooms exhausted. I did not realize until the morning, but my 85-year-old disabled mother was not given her disabled room but a standard room. This caused a problem for her as there are no grab bars for her to get on and off the toilet.
The rooms themselves all nice and well furnished with a desk, coffee bar with Keurig machine, closet and decent bathroom with nice amenities.
When we checked out today, we complained to Yvonne at the front desk about not getting the right rooms last night, she was extremely good and comped our parking and also gave us three free breakfast vouchers which we really appreciated. When we exited the hotel, we try to get out of the parking lot and no one had validated our ticket for us but the gentleman at the parking lot was very understanding and let us out. Parking is $15 a night. Overall a comfortable stay just wish we had got the rooms we were supposed to get. Thank you Yvonne for making it up to us.More
