Hotel staff was helpful. Rooms small but clean. I thought website said rooms had refrigerator but was told there are no refrigerators. Regardless the rooms are clean. I booked my cousin there for 2 nights and have no complaints.

As other have reviewed, it is hard to find the actual hotel that is behind another hotel that you have to drive thru their property to get to the Quality Inn. Once there the check in was quick and painless. FDC was very polite and efficient. King non-smoking was a huge room, new carpet and clean.
Issue with the bathroom door that it dragged across the new tile floor and would not close as the bottom was rubbing.
Only towel set was for two people, it would be nice for it to be setup for three.
Do note the property has two buildings and we were in the main one with the lobby. The main stairs from the lobby to the second floor was a bit steeper than normal and may be an issue for some. Send floor has interior corridors on the main building, outside on the lower floor. Don't know about the second building.
Standard Quality Hotels hot breakfast which had no issues though seating area is small for the number of rooms on the property.
Only other issue that kept this review to four out of five is the motion sensor in the room that controlled the HVAC. Several times I woke and had to get out of bed to restart the heat as it is hooked up to a motion sensor on the exterior wall which was annoying.

Room Tip: Main building stairs are steep to 2nd floor, request first floor if you have mobility issues.

Easy stop off of I 95 for visiting Six Flags or making your way into the city.

Shopping and dining very close by.

Customer service was very helpful. I highly appreciate their efforts to accommodate. Sending a very special thanks to Arpit!

We booked a hot tub room through Expedia.com and they did not honor the price that we had been quoted. Had to pay an extra $45 (and change) for the room that we had viewed online and booked a month and a half in advance.

This is totally unacceptable. Once we got into the room it was adequate, but musty. We were not impressed. In fact, we are so upset we have stopped using Expedia.com as well as never staying at another "Quality Inn."
