This home was a wonderful fit for a college friends reunion. Cape May has many attractions and the house is within walking distance for a majority of them. The owner restored the home with love and historical accuracy but it also has all modern conveniences. We enjoyed rocking on the front porch watching the trolley and horse carriages as well as the US Open tennis on the big screen TV. With its Victorian decor it would not be a house for young children but anyone wanting charm and history will be happy.
The hostess, Trish, is readily available for text or email questions. She provides beach extras, full kitchen accessories, and welcoming wine, cheese, and chocolates.
This is a great vacation house for any time of year in Cape May.
Very nice, many thoughtful amenities, such as a basket of chocolates and fresh flowers in every room! Super clean, period furniture. Right near Washington Square. Parking for 2 cars easily. Owner does have quite a few rules, such as being careful there is no sand in the house, so its not a typical "beach" house rentals for a family with smaller kids, better suited for adults or adults with neat older children. Great stay!
Trish thought of everything and anything you would need for your stay, she was amazing and this house was gorgeous and perfect for our event! Highly recommend this property !
