After visiting North Woodstock in July or August and staying at the Woodstock Inn, Station and Brewery for 17 consecutive years, we decided to try October and take advantage of the changing leaves. And we were not disappointed!! We have already booked the Inn for next October and it continues to be one of our favorite places. Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality that we always receive and a special shout out to Scotty and the other bartenders!

Our stay at the Woodstock inn and Brewery was a fun and memorable one. The location to the view of leaves on the Kancamagus hiway is perfect!! The Inn is a very busy place, Lauren, at the desk who checked us in was very patient and accommodating to us. We stayed in the Notchview room. (My husband did bump his head a number of times on the low ceiling, but that was just because he couldn't adjust to the heigth). The timing was perfect so the leaves were in all their glory- which would make anywhere seem glorious! However- we did really enjoy the staff who served us breakfast, and the accomodations were charming- dated decor, but charming. Thank-you, Jane

Great location and good value. The house that we stayed in did have a strange odor in the hallway and room. The restaurant and tavern were right across the street and was a fun place to hang out. Menus very diversified and mostly good stuff.

Thanks Frank!!! The foliage this year has been stunning!!! We look forward to your next visit. We offer over 150 items on both our breakfast and lunch/dinner menus, so there is no shortage of options!

Reserved a room first week in October. Got a room across the street from the main building. TV, Phone, and some light bulbs did not work. Room had two double beds in a very dark setting. The breakfast was the greasiest of all greasy spoon restaurants. There is a very large restaurant in the rear with the onsite brewery. Next time I would select a better hotel in Lincoln where everything else is located.

Hi Larry, thanks for your review, and we are sorry we were not able to provide a better experience. We will most certainly look into these issues you described in the room. Most everything, from bread to sausage is made in house for breakfast, and our eggs are from local farms. We hope you give us another try soon, as what you described is far from the norm.

We stayed in the Ladyslipper room which is in a separate building. It is a lovely large room with two bedrooms sharing a bath, but unfortunately it seems that they use the top storey for the hotel/restaurant laundry and staff accomodation because we had the constant sound of washing machines and dryers as well as the rather loud comings and goings of the staff. Didnt make for a great nights sleep. Also the bedding was old and not at all fresh smelling - time to change at least the pillows I think. On the plus side the breakfast was good and very generous.
