Stayed here only one night, but we did a lot. We stayed in a studio suite to accommodate our family. They had Bingo night on the Saturday night we were there. 5-6 families played Bingo and they had prizes for the kids. Seemed like every child got a chance to "win". They had cookies on check in. And the surprise was the indoor waterpark with different levels of water slides. I don't think there was a regular pool, but the slides were a lot of fun. The water wasn't very deep where the small slides were and the pool was concrete, so not the safest. The staff at the water park was very nice too. Room was clean and front desk staff really wanted to go out of their way to be helpful. They even call your room a little after check-in to see if there is anything not right or that you can use. The hotel was busy and the morning crew was working hard to keep the free breakfast food and coffee coming. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Thank you for staying with us, we were happy to hear that you enjoyed your experience. We do attempt to call all guests shortly after they arrive, to make sure that they have everything they need. The team is challenged to provide exemplary service, and they have a great success rate and achieving it. I am happy to hear that made a difference. We look forward to your return.

We stayed here for three nights with our two boys, ages 6 and 2. It worked out great, as we had a spacious suite and took advantage of the on-site water park. That's right...this place has an indoor facility complete with 3 big water slides and a splash pad.

This hotel is also conveniently located near most of the key White Mountain attractions, and the breakfast was well-stocked.

We stay at Hampton Inns frequently, and this may be the best we've seen.

Visited North Conway recently and immensely enjoyed our stay once again at the Hampton Inn. This hotel is phenomenal for families. It is there sweet spot. Here are some tidbits of information:

-Debbie who works the breakfast area is like everyones mom. She is extremely friendly and engaging. My kids kept saying it felt like grandma was with us.
-The waterpark is a great way to end the day. Please note, it gets crowded around 6ish and the "big kids" start using it.
-Breakfast buffet is great with many options.
-Kim in Housekeeping does a great job keeping the rooms tidy.
-Great location-close to many attractions like Storyland and Santas Village.
-The play free movies twice a day for little ones.
-My only complaint is that it is such a great hotel, the rooms for Hilton members fill up fast...

What more can I say...Great hotel!

What a wonderful way to start the day, reading your very kind review. Thank you so much for sharing, and taking time out of your busy day. We were very happy to hear that our hotel was a big hit. Hilton Honors, our loyalty based program, has not blackout dates, and all room types may be booked, with various amount of points required. So, 100% of our hotel is available everyday. We do sellout fast in the summer, so book early. Thank you for being guests at our hotel.

Stayed with a 3 year old and 8 month old. The rooms are very comfortable (air conditioning a bit loud at night but had to leave it on for comfort). The breakfast was reasonably good and always plentiful. The highlight however was the swimming pool area. There was a very shallow children's pool which was perfect for small children (including 2 small slides). Then also two bigger and faster slides for adults / teenagers with a splash pool. Recommended for a family hotel.

We have stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in North Conway, NH almost every year since it opened. The rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfortable and overall it has a feeling of luxury. The complimentary breakfast entree varies daily but always has breads, cereals, yogurt and waffles along with juices, tea and coffee. Breakfast can be busy depending on when you wake up. In the evening there is always an activity. While we were there it was a movie the first night and then the kids made lighthouses out of cups and votives the second night. The water park features 4 slides of varying length. Two small ones for little kids and two larger ones which require a walk up several flights of stairs to the ceiling. One slide is fully enclosed while the other is open. We use this as a launch point to visit Storyland and Santa's Village. Storyland is about a 10-15 minute drive and Santa's Village is an hour. Mt. Washington is about 30 minutes. There are a lot of places to eat. We brought dinner back to eat in the breakfast area the second night. It's a great way to go when the kids are tired and waiting at a restaurant will only lead to a melt down :) This is not the least expensive hotel in North Conway, but definitely a worry free option. Overall, a great place to stay.
