Spent one night at this lovely inn. Greeted by owner Margit and shown our lovely room, which was outfitted with virtually any need we might have. Very comfy bed, linens and towels. In addition to the typical toiletries there was tooth paste and lip balm! Fresh homemade cookies and a complete snack bar with sweet and salty snacks as well as a variety of coffees, teas, sodas and fresh fruit. Breakfast was cooked to order by Rob, the husband and co-owner, and trained ched. Delicious cinnamon vanilla french toast with New Hampshire maple syrup. Yogurt with freshly made granola. Had a very pleasant morning chat with both Margit and Rob. Very hospitable and friendly. Wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Ash Street Inn is conveniently located to many attractions. It is immaculate, and every room is well appointed. The breakfasts are delicious, and the hosts are delightful! We cannot wait to return! We have stayed in many New England Inns & this rates among the top.

Our party of 4 stayed at the Ash Street Inn overnight on our New England states tour. We enjoyed our stay here so much! Rob and Margit, the owners; were a personable couple and very accommodating. They shared tips and advice regarding the area and getting to our next destination. The house was wonderful. We were on the second floor and the rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and had comfortable beds. While this is an old home, it is very well maintained and updated just enough so that you don't sacrifice modern conveniences. The bathroom was very nice and included many nice amenities. Margit showed us where everything was, including drinks in the fridge, fresh baked cookies and muffins, fruit and snacks on the counter, all available for our consumption! Little bowls of candy were placed throughout the house as well. After a restful sleep, we sat on the porch enjoying fresh coffee. Then we enjoyed a delicious breakfast prepared by Chef Rob! My sister fell in love with the homemade granola. Overall, this was our favorite place for lodging throughout the whole trip!

We stayed at this lovely Inn for one night before catching a flight early morning. So glad we booked here instead of an airport motel. The innkeepers were most accommodating providing us with a delicious "to go" breakfast sandwich to have before our flight. Our room had a super comfortable bed and pillows. Towels in the bath are extra plush and they provide nice robes. They also provide lots of little extras that a traveler may need. We arrived early and they were very gracious in letting us check in since our room was ready. Highly recommend if you're in the Manchester area!

We are so glad that you enjoyed your (albeit) short stay with us and that the to-go breakfast sandwich hit the spot. We try to accommodate most dietary needs and I guess the early AM traveler is one on them! (Being only a 15-20 minute drive to the airport makes us an airport option, especially for those who want to explore downtown the night before.) We hope that the next time your travels bring you this way you can spend a little more time to enjoy the Inn.

We recently had a family reunion at the Ash Street Inn. What a wonderful experience. We used all five bedrooms. We loved looking at the antique touches in each of our rooms. It is an 1885 Victorian that has been modernized yet it has maintained its unique antique character. The hosts couldn't have been more cordial or accommodating. With each room, we were given our bedroom key as well as a front door key. There were no time limits for coming and going. The kitchen was open for snacks and drinks anytime. The breakfast was delicious. We had beautiful weather which allowed us to enjoy our time outside chatting on the porch. Would love to go there every weekend.

Room Tip: You will be happy with any of the rooms. All have ac/tv/wifi and comfortable mattresses.
