Arriving at 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon and the wait was a 30-40 minutes. This must be a good sign that this place was popular. We decided to wait for a late lunch here and it was definitely worth it.
A good selection of burgers, salads, appetizers, and sandwiches are listed. The more popular dishes that were recommended by Eater and other blog websites were the grilled cheese and Brie and Bacon Cheeseburger, both dishes that were ordered during our visit.
The bacon cheese burger was juicy and rich, coming with tomatoes, pickles, shredded lettuce, and fries. You have the option to get 1/3 or 1/2 pound options, all priced decently well for a ski resort. For example, 1/3 cheeseburger is priced around $7.95. The bacon cheese burger was around $9.50.
I would definitely come back here next time I’m in Lincoln. And this time I will make sure to call ahead and put our spot in line, which is what you can do to help reduce your wait time!
