We would have rated this hotel with 6 stars, if possible. The room was clean and spacious. The service was outstanding and we were even given extra towels to use for swimming. The food was unbelievable and very plentiful. The breakfast was so generous that we made ourselves lunch for taking along on day trips. This was at the instruction of the hotel management, since lunch is not provided. From Friday through Sunday , there are so many meals that it is virtually impossible to eat all of them! We've already told all our friends about this place, so don't be surprised if it's difficult to get a reservation in the summer.

Room Tip: The first floor had best access to the dining room

What an unbelievable weekend we had! The rooms were beautiful with modern decor and all amenities. The lobby area is beautiful as well as a nice sitting area outside in the courtyard. The food was delicious and the waiter service was excellent. All meals and refreshments started at the time they were supposed to and were in abundance. What a well run hotel!

It was such a beautiful place. The rooms were so clean. The pool and hot tub were beautiful. Saunas were not working. I would definitely go back and stay longer. We were going to Santa's village. It was not to far from it.

We book our trip on Bookings.com get to hotel. First expressions very beautiful. Until we was told that we could use pool until 8:30pm and then we couldn't use it because we aren't Jewish. I ask how the restaurant was. The reply was we can't order dinner or have during in restaurant or bar area.

Room Tip: Unless you are Jewish. Not recommended

I really enjoyed this stay it's a beautiful clean place, giving it one one star because the staff gave us conflicting info the entire time. At first they told us all the meals there is mandatory we will get charged for every meal regardless if we eat. (It's not so).
They kept on making charges to our credit card long after we went home, when we called about it no one was helpful.
I got an email from them with an attached receipt, different from what we got when we checked out, with an added breakfast charge for a breakfast we have never eaten and we're long home already. Now I'm debating if it pays to go back to this beautiful place even if they gave us so many headaches.

Room Tip: if your very sensitive to noise at night ask for a room far from the elevator, as it makes loud beeps and rooms are not very noise isolated

We appreciate your feedback Yossi, and are sorry to hear that you are having challenges with your bill. Please know that our team works hard to ensure our guests fully understand the policies in effect during their visit. It does however, sound like we fell a bit short during your stay. Rest assured we will all get together and discuss the different packages available during different time periods and work towards better communication in the future. If by chance you need further assistance with your bill, please contact me at the hotel.
