We reserved an Extra Vacation Week through RCI into Suites at Attitash. (Carries a different RCI number than Attitash Mountain Village.) This is the second year in a row that we've been here for the Veteran's Day Weekend. This year, we were in Franklin House unit C4. Franklin House is across Rt 302 from the checkin area and indoor pool. Same side of the road as the ski area. C4 was a 1Br sleeps 6 unit. We entered the building, went down 6 stairs, and then into our unit. The main floor housed the full kitchen and living room. The living room had a queen murphy bed and a sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa had a memory foam mattress...NO FIGHTS ABOUT SLEEPING ON IT!!! ;) Two walls were windows...tons of light. There was a gas fireplace here for heat. the unit was very cold when we arrived, but heated up quickly. Washer and dryer and a full bath (with jetted tub) were on this level as well. Upstairs, the bedroom was HUGE. Cast iron gas stove, king bed, a 2 person Jacuzzi tub, and a separate bath with shower. Enough room for a loveseat, and there's a mini-fridge out on the landing. We traveled with our 11 yr old and 2 14 yr olds, and still had lots of room. We used the indoor swimming pool...kids reported that it was warm. Three miles to Grant's Shop and Save (in Glen) makes meal prep easy. And just a hop-skip-jump into North Conway for all the shopping your heart desires. We have really enjoyed our stays here. We are headed back in February...can't wait to see what it's like in winter!

Visited at end of october and most facilities were in shut down mode, this place is in need of a major reno as it is past its best before date. Much of the place is as it was when built and they need to spend some coin on it. Also when parking vehicles the pine trees weep sap on your vehicle which makes a pain to clean up.There were very few people in the place I suppose due to the time of year.

Room Tip: Lots of stairs in the room we had no elevators

We stayed in the Parker House. Our unit consisted of a very large room with sleeper sofa, Murphy bed, fireplace, full kitchen and dining room - all in one room. Very large, but little privacy for couples. The bathroom featured an oversized jacuzzi tub and considerable counter space and storage. The unit was clean, spacious and nicely appointed with a grass backyard which joined the fitness trail. The front office staff was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants. The location is ideal for those wanting to ski or enjoy the areas parks and waterfalls. We will definitely be returning to enjoy more of the resort amenities and the quaint little town.

The whole area offers many great things to do. From skiing in winter to some Yahoo zip lines in summer. Or, you can do some of the best walking and hiking trails in the North East.
The staff at the resort are great and ensure you need for nothing. It’s a great location for young and old, and if you are lucky you may see some bears!

We were upgraded without knowing and given a two story townhouse unit, it was romantic (two jetted tubs, two gas fireplaces) and tucked away in the woods, fully appointed (dishes, dish towels, silverware) big enough to sleep 6-8 people, we will be back!
