Going through this town there are limited options for hotel accommodations. Decided to stop at the Casino/hotel for an overnight stay. Casino decor was around mining days, had a adjoining restaurant. Our room was clean with granite bathroom counters and large tiled shower. (We were given the disabled room). The staff was accommodating and helpful.

Room Tip: Halls are really long, you might ask for a room closer to elavator unless you want to do your morning hike

We were on our way through towing a vehicle North. We specifically chose this hotel to stop because we knew we would be late. The website specifically states that “Our on-site Tonopah Station Restaurant is open 24/7 so you’ll never have to worry about going hungry—or thirsty—in our desert.” That is a copy and paste from their website. We were looking forward to eating some real food after a long drive with just road snacks and fast food. I confirm at the desk if the restaurant is open and was told it closes at 9!!! Ended up with gas station burritos after all. Very irritated about this because there is a GREAT Chinese food place we bypassed knowing we could eat here. Live and learn i guess. Also had trash in our “clean” room on dresser.

Can’t be compared to a strip hotel but it was a hoot ! Loved watching and interacting with locals - most are friendly - simple accommodations - drinks and good reasonable - we were just passing through ! Made us laugh lots of fun !

We were a little uncomfortable staying in this hotel. There were some scary acting people in the casino and hallways. The hotel hasn't been updated for quite awhile and it could use it. The room had a musty smell so I was glad I had brought Fabreeze. It wasn't gross but we won't be stopping there again.

There's nothing special about this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked, decent amount of TV channels, but nothing stood out. The front desk staff was reasonably friendly but not overly so. The price was good and there is a cafe inside the hotel/casino. I would stay there again unless the Mitzpah had a smoking hot deal.
