The place was good overall, I choose this hotel because of the location, the problem we encountered is that the first lady that helped us check in, her name was Peggy, we asked her if there was a way to walk to the strip and she said there was no way because of traffic and she gave us 2 cards for 2 free rides on uber. So that day we ended up spending more than $50 from coming and going from the strip to the hotel, and by the end of that day we figured out there was actually a way to walk through! And it took only 10/15 min walk! We couldn’t believe it how she gave us this wrong information. Then regarding the hotel, it was clean and nice and the bed super comfortable. The only problem we encountered was this person in the room next door that was singing all night until we had to tell him to please shut up so we could sleep. Then we thought we could have breakfast at Dennys but you need to know the Dennys is inside the casino of the hotel so if you don’t want to smell like cigarettes while eating I do not recommend. We ended up going to the Dennys at the strip. Overall the place was fine and what we were looking for, I must say the lady at check out was super nice. And Oh take in mind that if you try to check in early before 3 pm they charge a $17 fee which I didn’t know until I got there, it would be nice if they could notify this when you make the reservation because I stayed at another Days inn in Ohio and checked in early and this didn’t happen there so super confusing.

Worst experience EVER. Kept an open mind checking in as it is a cheap option but you get what you pay for.. checked in around 11-1130 and dragged ourselves and our luggage to our room, about a half a mile away upstairs and not a very well lit area. Happy to have landed after about 20+ hours of travelling, only to find DIRTY clothes and DIRTY diaper in the bathroom... so disgusted. Called Stephanie at the front desk and she laughed that we were in a dirty room... thumbs up on your customer service days inn. Hauled our suitcases and ourselfs back to the lobby asking to have a clean room, I guess we asked for too much once again. Dirt all over the bed, we tried to call but phone in room wouldn’t work, so back to the front desk we go... again.. asked to speak to a manager or something because this was ridiculous.. kept saying no one available and they were sold out for the night so there weren’t many options for rooms.. as if, I checked online and there were a bunch of rooms available for that night. We got to our third room and there was black longgg hairs all over the bathroom.. we decided to call it quits and try and get some sleep and make tracks in the morning. Had this hotel booked originally for 6 nights and could barely get through one... watch out for the sketchy guys trying to follow you and goodluck trying to sleep through all the sirens and noise, could hear everything..

I’ve been telling everyone what a terrible experience this was, and how it’s the HUB for hookers... a lot of sketchy people, and prostitutes around.

I would not recommend this motel to anyone, not even a hooker.

I was very disappointed to read of your experience during your stay with us. While an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, I do extend it with all sincerity. I certainly empathize regarding the points you mention in your review, especially with checking into multiple rooms that clearly were not cleaned. This level of service is not acceptable and will be addressed with the with the housekeeping department.

Our staff members take their roles in our industry very seriously and try, every day, to provide that quality customer service that our guests expect. I deeply apologize if any member of our team didn't provide you with the professionalism that all of our guests deserve.

Feel free to get in touch with me if you would like to discuss this further. Again, please accept my apology.

Kind Regards

I enjoy this hotel! It is affordable and within walking distance to the strip! In and Out Burger, gas station, and a Starbucks super close. Denny’s and a casino connected. Rooms are clean! Good value for the price! Highly recommend!
