Great getaway at the Aria, Las Vegas!

5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 4 Feb 2025
Some of the nicest, most helpful employees are found here. Very nice, modern resort with one of the most comfortable rooms in all of Las Vegas. Good variety of food choices, especially enjoyed the Thai food at Lemongrass. Quick indoor access to other resorts helpful during the colder months!

We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. The rooms are a nice sized and the hotel isn't huge like many that take 10 minutes to just find the elevator to the room. Check in was quick and you can get to the strip in just a few minutes. We would stay here again.

Aria has been pretty solid for me for years, but after this past weekend, I don't intend to be back. Room photos are included w/ my review, but to summarize, the faucet was corroded, drapes were not completely attached, an old pill was on the floor, scuffed walls, a dilapidated photo on the walls and in general just not clean room. Additionally, although we did not partake, the mini bar wasn't stocked.

We also had a negative experience our first night at the High Limit Bar. We thought it'd be a great place to catch up quietly and it was initially, but at one point it became a place of business for working girls and one friend in our group had a male patron put his hands on her multiple times and grab her hair in an aggressive manner. We called the bartender for assistance and she responded promptly, which caused him to back up, but but security was not called. In the interest of our safety, we quickly got our bill and left the bar. Looking back, since he put his hands on our friend, it probably should have happened. Security was not present much in the Casino either. The crowd in the Casino, in general, was bachelor party vibes and doesn't feel as upscale as it has in the past. We checked out after night one and moved down the strip to a more upscale hotel with security presence everywhere.

On a positive note, Javier's was amazing, as always, and we will be back there. We also had spa treatments and all providers were amazing.

Dear Passport62961178337,

Thank you for your honest review about your recent visit to ARIA. We are truly disappointed to hear that your stay did not meet the high standards you've come to expect from us, and we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered. Please accept our deepest apologies for the maintenance and cleanliness problems you experienced in your guestroom, including the corroded faucet, unattached drapes, scuffed walls, and fallen photo. This is certainly not the level of quality service we strive to provide. Additionally, the left pill on the floor and the low stock of the minibar are concerning, and we deeply regret any discomfort this caused. We are also very sorry for the unsettling experience you had at the High Limit Bar. While we are glad to hear the bartender responded promptly to assist you, we understand that security should have been contacted to further address the situation. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly if you have any additional questions or concerns regarding this matter. On a positive note, we’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed your time at Javier's and our luxurious spa. Once again, we truly regret that we fell short in providing the exceptional experience you’ve come to expect from ARIA. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our services moving forward. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and deliver the level of service you deserve.

Warm regards,

Maddie

We spent three nights here and it was enjoyable. The rooms were nice and spacious. Amenities were fine. The workout room in this hotel was huge and rivals any I have seen. The pool and hot tubs were open and heated and we did take advantage of that, We would stay here again.

I had a great stay at the ARIA minus one massive thing. On my last night, I happened to check the screen in the room to see ‘My Profile’ which pulled up charges. There was over $100 of mini bar charges on my account that were shocking to me - no one in our room touched the mini bar, other than literally opening the fridge to see what it was. To this day, the ARIA is charging for this telling me that their “Inventory Analysis” revealed I was on the hook for these charges. My only logical conclusion then? Someone was in our room, and raided the minibar, who should not have been, and that is a HUGE security concern. I’m filing a guest report with Security.

My parents stayed in separate room and actually had minibar charges as well - my parents had not touched a THING. Because it was “under $100” it was waived, so this $100 by the ARIA is an arbitrary amount.

My advice: DO NOT SAY AT THE ARIA. You will be charged for things you should not be, and then given the runaround after. I’m shocked and a bit freaked out to be honest, because it’s so messed up to do this to your guests. I’m an MGM card holder and frequent Vegas often, and have loved visiting the ARIA (never stayed until recently). This made me feel like the ARIA is a SCAM. Be safe out there yall, and don’t let this happen to you by avoiding staying there at all costs.
