My husband and I were eating in the Magnolia restaurant when a customer had a medical emergency. Wait staff immediately called for assistance and helped the customer until medical response arrived. The medical staff were on scene within a minute and assisted until LV fire and rescue paramedics arrived only a few short minutes later. After the guest left with the paramedics the hotel security stayed on scene to safeguard the area until maintenance staff arrived to decontaminate and sanitize the area. My husband and I worked in the medical field for over 35 years and we were very impressed with the response from the staff to an emergency situation.

The place is so old and dirty. Talk about in need of a make over. The carpets are even faded and gross. The dirt is embedded in the paint. But there is a classic feel that is Vegas, and only Vegas. Lights and dull glitter.

Love downtown....action all around you. Fun times....4 Queens does not feel much different then the other casinos around it. The whole experience is almost overwhelming.....reminds me of 6th street in Austin except you can go casino hopping instead of bar hopping

The hotel is located downtown where there are many other hotels and casinos. Most if not all the hotels have restaurants. Our room had very poor lighting around the desk. There was a one cup coffee maker; color flat screen TV; a mini refrig and a in- room safe. The carpet could stand a cleaning. Wi-Fi is charged per day per tablet and there is a fee for parking even as a guest unless you join the player's club.

Room Tip: You want to stay away from the awning rooms, its a very noisy side. Choose the south tower which the remodeled area.

I love this casino in old Vegas. The slots pay decently well. Most of all the Magnolia Restaurant has the best breakfast in the area. The crab omelet is literally the best omelet we have ever ate. We eat one every time we visit Vegas.
