Valet garage dripped some substance on my $120,000 car which I had to have fixed at a paint shop. When we checked into our room, the phone and some of the lights didn’t work, etc. Told they would take 200 off room but they did not

My 2nd time with friends and always excellent. The first time, we took the villa suites and is excellent for few persons or bachelor party. Last time we took a room at Augustus. The rooms seem newly renovated ans they're nice rooms. The hotel exceed my expectations. The pool is very nice too.

Room Tip: We're at the Augustus Tower

Ended up staying at Caesars as part of a vacation package. Initially we booked a standard room, but at check in we upgraded one class of rooms. The room was located in the Palace Tower with a view of the pool. The bathroom was HUGE and the room was very spacious as well. Only negative about the room is that it doesn’t have a refrigerator. Tomek checked us in and had lots of great tips about shows to see. Had a few drinks at the Cocktail Lounge and Jason was an excellent bartender. Great conversation and even better drinks. Within Caesars there’s plenty to do, eat, and see. It’s centrally located in the middle of the strip which was also very convenient. Looking forward to staying at Caesars again in the future.

I come and stay in Vegas a lot to tell you this has become my favorite hotels to stay in. Clean air and great customer service and very clean room. Also, some good food options in the food court. Good value and quality.

Two stars is the best I could do. Would be one star if it were not for helpful conference housekeeping and the generous late checkout (although standard option at most places). First, the room housekeeping seems to sometimes want to barge in during the late afternoon (pushy too, but was compensated with $15 food/beverage bill credit for my trouble). Second, housekeeping doesn’t do a complete job: how does a random snack raisin on the carpet by my bed if not coming from me? (either from earlier guest or housekeeper). Third, and possibly worst: they charge $13 for four room-coffee K-cups (what?): simply would not have stayed there if I had known this in advance. Fourth: “resort fee” (there are several nice alternatives that don’t bilk you with this insult of a charge). Fifth: despite having a relatively nice property, they screw up the experience with hip-hoppy “music”: sucks to be hearing that in the casino and on your way to the elevator (music in Linq is much better, apparently owned by same company, and near a nice new “town center” corridor). Sixth: their “Total Rewards” scheme is awkward and doesn’t seem to fully trap what you do/pay, and makes it tough to even register for the app. Seventh: their Beijing Noodle 9 restaurant is hit-or-miss (tattered menus, mediocre food, but good tea and condiments). Next time I go to Vegas, the room coffee question is the first thing to clear, and then will compare prices for places by doubling their “resort fee” (or “destination charge,” LOL), against location and other values.

MountainKahuna, thank you for sharing comments about your stay. It is disheartening to learn that several of our services left you disappointed. Your business is truly appreciated and we hope you will give us another chance to serve you again in the near future.
