My wife and I have stayed at the Four Seasons Las Vegas annually for about 10 years. In that time we have seen no degradation of the physical property or in the service. It is simply amazing that they manage to be so consistently, top-notched in their hospitality.
We stayed recently at another Four Seasons property where they were constantly "making things right" after small screw-ups. That has never been the case at the 4Seasons LV. They just get it right on the money each time, every time over a decade of visits. From check-in to check-out, we've experienced a gracious hospitality that exceeds the Bellagio and the Palazzo in LV, the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, the Phoenician in Phoenix and any other 4 Seasons we've frequented.
Cudos, go to Mgr. Mark Hellrung and his staff. This level of performance over time is not due to chance.
"Chapeau!"

Room Tip: Just ask for what you want.

The Four Seasons in Las Vegas is a beautifully appointed hotel with a very indulgent staff. The superior room was spacious and comfortable. However, the view from the 39th floor was straight onto the airport. It might be difficult to get a pretty view in Las Vegas. The Verandah bar staff was terrific as was the pool staff. If you are going to Las Vegas, I highly recommend this location.

Exceptional service! My family and I just stayed here over weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. Easy, fast and smoke free check in. Our room was very quiet, clean and smoke free which you do not always get at other hotels in Vegas. When we got back to our suite after dinner our children were so happy to see their welcome cookies with their names on the plates and their personalized bath sponges. Our family will stay here again next time we are in Vegas!

We must confess, world wide this is without a doubt our very favorite hotel. Once a year we are in Town for business and returning to the Four Seasons is like coming home. Every employee you encounter will greet you with a smile (these people, actually like working here!) and there is nothing they will not do to make your stay even more enjoyable. Upon arrival you are greeted by long time staff whom most likely will remember you, the front desk is amazing, Conceriege the best in Vegas and so it goes with the rest of the staff. Restrained elegance throughout the property is a breath of fresh air versus the over the top opulence elsewhere on the Strip. The suites/rooms are sumptuous, dreamy beds and everything is spotless..let's not forget about the turn down service. It's all the little things and attention to details for which Four Seasons is rightly renown. Quite simply there is no finer hotel. Both restaurants are fabulous, pool area is truly an oasis. For those wanting "casino action", elevator takes you right to Mandalay Bay, the casinos and a host of restaurants, shops etc. For whatever reason you need to be in Vegas, Four Seasons is sanity in an insane place.

Room Tip: There are NO BAD rooms!

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. At very end of strip. Close to airport. Hotel is the top floors of Mandalay Bay. It's a long walk down several long halls from check in to the elevators. Then another long walk to our room. I parked in Mandalay Bay parking garage. I wandered through a maze of hallways until I found the elevators. It was easier to use valet parking but that was $22 a day plus tips. Definitely will not stay there again.
