A group of 5 of us visited the Capital Grill during our trip. We kicked off with a mixed seafood platter, but asked to substitute the shrimp as one of our party has an allergy. Our waiter was very helpful, and substituted extra oysters which were excellent. He also brought us a complimentary portion of calamari- again first class. We all had steaks for the main event, varying from New York strip with a pepper and courvoisier sauce, to a porterhouse, to bone- in ribeye. All came out at the temperature ordered, and were perfectly seasoned.
The service was friendly and efficient, and our waiter was clearly totally au-fait with everything on the menu.
The whole experience was first class- not cheap, but good value for the quality.
