Very poor front desk service. The noise around our unit was loud(hot tub, draggin chairs). We are long time owners who call two weeks ahead of our vacation to reserve a unit in a specific building and unit. Mr. Ravi Kumar did not follow through this time. Very disappointing!

We booked two units for spring break so we could invite family. While it's about a 10-14 minute drive to the main strip, we loved the location, the amenities, and activities at South point. The pool areas were nice and the rooms we had we're recently updated. If an improvement could be made, they could upgrade the machines in the cardio center, add some free weights and some water cups.

Lots of things did not work in room and need to be updated. Some kitchen ware was missing and need more amities when staying at resort. No shuttle service for free!!!!!! They need to just do remodeling.

I am an owner at Grandview Las Vegas, and I along with my sister and friend stayed at my unit for a week and it was brilliant as always... this was my second visit. The Unit was nice and clean and equipped well... Jill Israel at the reception is the lady you need to look for when you are there (she is a star!) she gave us really good recommendations of things to do and places to visit...

Great resort with gambling and entertainment across street. Pools workout room coffee at resort. Bowling movie theatre shops restaurants at casino prices. Parking a breeze but you can get by easily without a car.
