Very nice casino more for the high rollers. I feel out of place a little to fancy but very nice I gambled for an hour then hopped over to the next.

Before you step in the casino, you will see a nice view like in Venice with Gongoles going on a river. The driver who row the gondole is singing while rowling the gondole . Couple of bridges crossing over this river make it looked very romantic and elegant. You should go to the Grand Canal shoppe, to visit the Squares. Here you will find a lot of nice restaurants, and stores. They also ahve alot of activities and musics depend on seasons. The best one is around Christmas time, with all carols and decorations. Venetian is really unique with their painting ceilings, that you would see in Rome/ vatican. Venetian lobby is unique with its decorations, flowers and ceilings, all a long the hallway. . Venetian Casino has a variety of slot machines and a lot of table games. It also ahs high vaulted ceilings, so you do not smell smoking much. Here in Venetian, you will art all around you

Very nice, well lit casino. It doesn't feel like a dark dungeon, like some. High ceilings and good ventilation, so you don't smell a lot of cigarette smoke.

If you are visiting Vegas for poker you have to try the Venetian. While not the cheapest Tourny on the strip it is probably the best. Many of the structures go up so fast they play like turbos. The Venetian, while a bit pricier, goes up slowly and gives plenty of opportunity to play proper poker. Most of the tournament I played on the strip ($60 - $120) were nothing more than crazy gamblers betting calling and raising with anything because they were there to gamble. The Venetian seemed to attract a better poker player and you got great value for your stake...e.g. you could get over 9 hours of play and still not cash :-).....great game, great service, and great food. Spend that little bit extra and enjoy.
