We made our reservations thru the Total Rewards program. Everything was explained, resort fees, etc. The check in was quick. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We had a great view! The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the on site restaurants.Tequila Taqueria, the street tacos were delicious; however we were surprised that we were charged $2.00 for salsa! We get that free in Dallas! The BLT restaurant was excellent! Great service, we made reservations. The waitress was very knowledgeable with the menu; she made great suggestions. Great atmosphere. The filet mignon and steak were super delicious, very tender meat cooked to perfection. The host that assisted us Allison was super! Very down to earth, kind. She did not hesitate to assist us with our comps! Free rooms, room service and dinner. Thanks to her we were able to enjoy our stay, she helped make it more affordable. This was our second time to stay at Ballys' . We enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back.

Visited with teenage daughter for tourist activities (not gambling.) Overall a good trip. Hotel was good for price (but there were resort fees)but the smell (combination of smoke, alcohol and sometimes marijuana) was overpowering in places. This made food and spending time at the hotel
much less appealing. The other hotels we walked through did not have as much of an odor and I might choose one of those on a return visit.

The room was huge and very clean. Beds were comfortable. They turned the water off 2 days. We were not notified at check in that this would be happening. they left a note on the door in the morning. When we woke up at 10:30 the water was off. We had no access to toilets other than the public ones. We were told to go shower in the spa- located on the other side of the hotel. The buffet food was terrible. We were told the resort fee would be waived for the days without water. They were not. I spent over 1 hr with billing trying to get it straighten out. We were attacked by thugs peddling CDs between Paris/Bally's. No security came to help.

I love that our room included a mini fridge because it always comes in handy. I was just disappointed that there was things here and there that could have been a bit more cleaner. We had no bathrobes and we found a dirty blouse inside the closet. Be sure to check the room prior to staying in.

Room tip: If your room is facing the strip view, know that there will be alot of noise at night

For being a older property it was really nice. Location was great right in the middle of everything. Already planning on coming back and staying at Bally’s again!!! Don’t let the outside fool you stay here!
