I lived in Japan for 14 years. I love ramen. This is NOT traditional ramen, but it's extremely well cooked (al dente), and the flavors rock. We had the chick pea miso and were so happy. The short rib bun had a great filling, but I can not recommend the buns. The crust is not fluffy as it should be, and it was served ice cold (tho the filling was warm). I very much enjoyed the cocktail—a spring fling. Incredible view of the strip from the private dining upstairs!
