Called today to adjust a reservation and the girl answering the phone (Ginger) couldn't figure out how to update our reservation, then told me they couldn't accommodate ONE more person, and when I asked if they had a pre fix menu (for the holiday) she said "well they might but uh... uh.... if not, it will be the regular menu." What?!?! GO FIND OUT! Absolutely atrocious phone manners and complete unwillingness to assist in any way, like she had so many better things to do than her job. If it wasn't a holiday and everything else wasn't already booked, I'd definitely cancel the reservation, but we're stuck. Hopefully the food is better than the phone service.
