Right at the Town Square, this top-notch restaurant is so good. The butter is infused with honey, nutmeg, cinnamon and smoothness. I had the crab bisque which was amazing. Just the right combination of flavors, ingredients, and topped with crushed croutons flavored with garlic. Lip-smacking for sure. Followed up with two scallop sliders. There was a light hint of chipotle in the aioli, the scallops were seared then butterflied, sitting on a bed of Asian slaw with cilantro--so yummy! Accompanied by some thin crispy fried onion strips My wife had the macadamia crusted goat cheese atop a mango salsa with thin flat-breads to scoop up all the goodness. The best! She had the mahi-mahi sandwich that was flavorful and way to much to eat at one sitting. The staff was conversational without being forced. The decor is classy island with pale greens, high ceilings, palm leaf fans, the whole experience was perfect!
