Going during the snow and not a skier, activities are limited. But including smores kit and free drinks helped. Having the activities sheet with things to do like sledding, painting and hikes were appreciated.

Hotel is in a very pretty spot by the lake. Staff were very friendly. Rooms meet the standards of a 4 star hotel without being anything special. The restaurant down by the lake was good. Charging for self-parking is outrageous, and overall the price was very expensive for what you get. But maybe that is typical of Lake Tahoe? The hotel has activities such as meditation and hikes that I would have loved to have participated in if we'd had more time.
We visited here during pandemic season to go Diamond Peak resort. Quit worried about health safety but after staying we are totally satisfied with hotel’s cleanliness and health-safety rules during our stays. We would love to stay again next visits.
This was our 3rd visit and it doesn't disappoint. All 3 times we have visited during the winter with snow and they are prepared for anything that could go wrong in the snow. We made reservations for dining early since the space is limited and indoor but spaced out due to COVID. We did take the shuttle to Diamond Peak for skiing which was so convenient. Great place for the family!
Been coming here for awhile since one of my favorite ski resorts is just down the street. This resort has been one of the best on the north shore. All the staff members are extremely pleasant to deal with especially Becca and others (Jennifer and all front office staff) making every stay a pleasant and enjoyable one. All covid precautions taken and for the most part, the customer base here also follows hotel mask requests. Rooms are large and spacious. During covid, tend to request the spa wing that don’t require waiting for the main tower elevator banks especially during busy weekends and holiday week. The cottages are especially amazing and is a must. The beach is private and nice especially during the summer months but during our winter stay, it was nice to just walk around. Lone eagle grill was good but on the pricey side. Cutthroat saloon was good for what it offered. Sierra cafe breakfast was delicious and all the servers remember your preferences. The pool is the highlight of this place. Almost 90 degrees water makes swimming easy during the winter months while it’s freezing outside. The casino onsite is on the small side and the “fun” tables don’t really become fun until late at night or on the weekends. Overall a great experience time after time, year after year.
We really love the Hyatt at Incline Village! Great location near Diamond Peak + shuttle service, reasonably priced, lots of amenities and in walking distance to one of the most beautiful lakes in the world
