A lot could be approved upon. Regency Club was a joke. 4th of July on the Beach was very dissapointing. Overall the valets and bell man were amaing! Provisions was had very good service and fresh food. Cutthroats was just ok for food. Great for drinks as well Lone Eagle Grill.

Vacations are few and far between so we really go for “it” when we travel. This was the ultimate place on the lake because of the location and the incredible service. It offered for so much -it was just perfect! The food was great the staff is so helpful and having a Piero with a bar is really cool. Love the whole beach set up and breakfast was simply amazing- best buffet we’ve ever had around the world!

Both above, we had to call multiple times to get fixed and ended up picking up the glass and cigarette stubs ourselves.
- Friday: dead bird 12h on the lawn (called multiple times)
- Friday “housekeeping”: only made the bed with visually dirty sheets (dog hair, etc), took away the toilet paper (none left), left glasses with old coffee from morning in them (no replacements). Was not a pleasant return from a hike
Also, the phone operator taking room service is constantly very rude (instead of “excuse me”, she would say “what?”).
Good word for Melvin from housekeeping and Matt from the Grill.
They made us feel heard.
We did not return from the vacation rested and happy.
I stayed in this property from 7/4-7/7. I would give it a 4.5 stars.
Here is my pros and cons:
Pros:
-Location was great. Fairly close to the Reno airport. A lot quiet compare to south tahoe. There are restaurants and grocery nearby.
-have access to a private beach
-have a 24 hr full casino (including a sportsbook) 6/8 deck 3:2 blackjack minimum bet was $15-25.
-multiple pools and jacuzzi
-the condition inside the room is decent
-lots of parking space
-parking is free for explorist
Cons:
- i requested room service but it never came but knowing this is a busy weekend so it may be overlooked.
-casino size can be slightly bigger and the air ventilation can be improved
-regular daily parking is $22
Overall it’s a fun property and I’m looking forward to come back in the near future.
-food is a bit pricy but this is expected in any decent good resort
-could be very expensive on the summer weekend

We stayed here over 4th of July and even in the hustle and bustle of the holiday the staff was very kind and attentive. The rooms were modern and clean. The hotel as a whole had wonderful amenties and great private beach access. Worth the money!
