This place needs to be shut down. Stayed this weekend and only could take one day. The place is run down. Mold growing in our room. Heater didn’t work and the hot water was none existent. The staff was unhelpful in resolving our issues. I guess it because there were no solutions. They say it haunted, but I didn’t see no ghosts. Lol

A friend and I stopped by for some fun and a drink. We joined the player's club which have us some free play. My friend smartly cashed out each time she won and walked away with more than we bought in with. Drinks were fine. Have fun.

THAT'S IT! The place was built in 1946 and was obviously a premiere destination at the time. The bed was horrible along with the pillows (yes, I'm a D.A. and did't double check our traveling list). The whole place is run down. When you get into the elevator the carpet is worn through and disgustingly dirty. Really Biltmore how much would it cost to throw in a new piece of carpet?
The casino is slightly better and again the staff was great. If you're go to game - go to South Shore. We didn't eat there as it had marginal YELP reviews.
