Have stayed in Hamptons before and was a good stay. Recently used the new digital check-in. This program ended up making two reservations for me, with the digital check in one costing me twenty dollars a night more. Hotel staff unable to provide me a copy of departing bill and still fighting over the extra cost.

All aspects of our recent experience were 'excellent'. Although this isn't the easiest hotel to find in Norfolk, it's worth the 'bobbing and weaving' to get there. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. The facility (lobbies, food area, restrooms and guest rooms) are clean. The breakfast area is well supplied and serviced by a very cheerful attendant. We'll be back!

The compancy policies show how they care for family members in need. The rooms are spacious and clean. They were able to answer all the questions that we had about our stay. My handicapped mother and I were very comfortable. We will be returning to this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights while on a business trip. The breakfast was consistently good, and the lady who was there for 6 days a week is dedicated to making sure the food is clean, hot, and well-stocked. When I had questions about how to get somewhere or something to do, the desk clerks were very helpful. There was very little wait time for the elevators to take you to the room. The bed was neither too hard or too soft, and the pillows were nice and fluffy. The Norfolk Hampton hotel was always clean. Although I never used the spa and pool area, it appeared to be clean and well-lit. I would not hesitate to stay there again, and I highly recommend the hotel to anyone who needs to stay in Norfolk.

good atmosphere, comfortable bed and pillows and lots of breakfast options, friendly check in and out staff. convenient location to the main highway coming in and located not far from shopping, had all you would expect out of a Hampton Inn.
