We have been looking for a decent Chinese restaurant, but realizing this is Montana we didn't get our expectations up. Read the reviews on Yelp and seemed to be the best of all "Chinese" restaurants in the area. Not much to look at from the outside, the inside is even less impressive. The staff (hostess and waitress are both Caucasian (not what you expect to see)...HOWEVER the kitchen staff were Chinese. As we sat at the table, we looked over the menu, kind of limited...not your typical huge variety of foods (and hamburgers on the menu seemed out of place?). Anyway I tried to remain optimistic because of the scent in the air...it wasn't of the food cooking it was the scent of an authentic Chinese market. I was hopeful that that distinct scent meant real ingredients...we ordered Deluxe Fried Rice (deluxe meant larger chucks on meat and shrimp), General's Chicken, Potstickers/Gyoza and Sweet and Sour soup. The soup was not the normal sweet and sour we have come accustomed too...they had crunchy noodles in the soup? But the soup was tasty and had a bite to it. The potstickers were not the greatest...but the fried rice and General's Chicken were quite good and flavorable! We would definitely return, however because of the décor (or lack of) we would not be likely to bring out of town friends. As I said we went with a very open mind; I doubt guests from out of town could get past the shabby and dingy décor. Would love to see them clean up the interior and make it more presentable....however, like I said we will return when the desire for Chinese food presents itself again! (Sometimes you just get tired of American food and need some spiciness in your dinner.).

Ordered several dishes for unexpected guests for delivery. We threw most of it out. What a waste of over $60! Sweet/ sour pork dried out so bad and the crab wontons were just cream cheese and onion..really?

They have wonderful tasty authentic food. We have eaten there many times and really have not been disappointed. Lunch menu is great and they have a great special called the Evergreen special which is good and easy on the pocket
