We have enjoyed many visits to the Master Suite B &B, often when we have attended Alpine Theatre Project productions in Whitefish, but at our last stay in July we realized how nice it is to simply chill out on the lovely grounds of this exceptional bed and breakfast. As usual the sumptuous breakfasts are worth taking time to enjoy both the excellent food and the pleasant deck overlooking the valley. Guests have the whole lower floor and the gardens to themselves with several strategically placed chairs on the grounds where one can enjoy the sun or shade and listen to the birds and the quiet sounds of the fountain. There are many sights to see in the area, but one of the nicest things to do on a sunny day is to enjoy the quiet ambiance of this estate like place. Do take the time to chill out here.

Room Tip: There is only one suite, so enjoy the whole place to yourself.

My husband and I made a weekend trip to the Whitefish area in early November to enjoyed the first snowstorm of the season. It was our first trip to Montana. The snow covered mountain view from Jim and Donna's back windows was glorious. They were such gracious hosts. The breakfast each morning was scrumptious. There was a brief power outage due to snow on our second evening there and Jim and Donna invited us upstairs to share a cozy fire and conversation over a bottle of wine and pizza. We hope to visit Glacier National Park in summer and we will definitely stay with them again.
They now feel like old friends!

Room Tip: Location is outside town about 4-5 miles but with short cuts mapped by Donna, we were in Kallispell or Whitefish within minutes.

We just returned from a two week trip to Montana. The Master Suite B&B was by far the best place we stayed. We had the entire downstairs to ourselves with beautiful views of the Flathead Valley. Donna was a wealth of knowledge regarding places for dinner, trails to hike, and art galleries. Every detail was carefully attended. Donna and Jim had thought of everything. They know how to do it right!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Master Suite BnB for our honeymoon and WOW. Donna and Jim make you feel like a member of the family and Donna' s breakfast every morning is TO DIE FOR. No detail was missed when building their AMAZING home with absolutely breathtaking views of the flathead valley. After a day full of hiking and exploring Glacier National Park it was wonderful to come back to the bed and breakfast and relax. We loved every minute of our stay there and look forward to visiting again in the future!

My husband and I stayed here for part of our "delayed honeymoon" and had an amazing time. Donna and Jim are fabulous hosts, and really treat you like friends they haven't seen in a while and want to impress. Donna caters breakfasts to what your whims are, and they both have great stories and recommendations about what to do in the area. They were even kind enough to help make reservations while we were in Glacier all day without cell service. I would not have changed a thing about our stay. From the delicious food, to the amazing bed, to the glorious hot tub after a long day of hiking, this place was perfection.
