Heading from Butte to Bismark.
Stopped in Custer for gas and was recommended the town of Forsythe for a late lunch destination. Getting off the interstate we were a bit hesitant because it is a small town but someone provided a recent review of fitzgeralds that ranked it #1 in town. The place needs updating-broken vinyl tile on bathroom, exterior concrete wall the paint is peeling, and needs overall updating. But...
Food wise-a nice lunch, cheap and fast service! Got the chicken quesadilla and French dip. Both tasty! Just hit the spot. Only $16 total with two iced teas too. The host/waitress was kind, honest and suggestive for food choices.
Flat out-I like this place! Definitely a locals place.
