The Nova Cafe in Bozeman, Montana, is a lively diner that features an all-day breakfast, perhaps the best in town, and makes it fun for kids. Located at 312 East Main Street in the heart of downtown Bozeman, it was established in 2005. Families are welcome and kids are entertained with a kids menu, toys and high chairs for the tiniest toddlers. We started with oatmeal with skim milk, dried cranberries and apples and topped with brown sugar and walnuts, cinnamon raisin toast and fresh fruit. I chose my favorite breakfast dish, Classic Eggs Benedict with smoked ham, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce on an English muffin served with home fries. My wife had a huge helping of French toast with three slices of cinnamon raisin bread topped with powdered sugar and a sprinkling of pure maple syrup. It seems breakfast is a very important meal in the Old West, one that starts very early in the morning. It gets us off to a good start for another day of traveling and sight-seeing.
