The lady at drive through was apparently not listening. We had placed an order for three of their most common dinners. She continued to repeat the order incorrectly. Seemed she was totally distracted, rude, and had no customer skills. She was definitely having a bad morning. There were several long pauses and frustration as she spoke with us. Then all of a sudden she gave me the total, but I wasn't finished ordering. But, this made me finish and we drove off with attitude holding our order.
