This hotel is very nice for this price. We got into town a couple hours early and they managed to let us check in early. Front desk guy was very helpful. I can’t remember his name. The rooms were updated and very clean. Good location for what we were doing downtown. Breakfast was good too. Both girls working there was nice and kept it stocked and clean.

We found ourselves closing in on St. Joseph, without a hotel reservation and two home football games in town - so our “go to” wasn’t available. We called The Fairfield Inn and spoke with Sam. What a nice guy and very helpful. And, within minutes we had a room for the night. After our arrival, he helped us with directions and recommendations. He was still at the front desk when we returned from dinner. With that great smile and a nice “have a good night”. Sunday morning, Sam was still there (or had left and returned refreshed) and ready for another day. He helped us find another Fairfield Inn down the road for tonight and we headed into breakfast. What a spread! We had grown familiar with breaksfast at another hotel chain which was good. Breakfast here was definitely several notches above our “usual”. And, Deb in the dining area was friendly, helpful and had a great personality and a beautiful smile. What a great way to start our day, which included a long drive in the morning drizzle. As we left, Sam wished us a safe trip and thanked us for staying at the Fairfield Inn. We have found a new favorite hotel family. Thanks, Sam & Deb for your great service. It really made an impression on us!

Thank you for your kind words about the property and staff. Sam has been a wonderful addition to our team and we are beyond lucky to have him with us. Sam's ability to remain calm and professional during busy situations such as you mentioned made him an obvious choice for our Guest Services Manager. Sam is knowledgeable about the hotel operations and has a great understanding of customer service and hospitably. I am thrilled you guys got to watch the man in action most days he makes my head spin with his energy and dedication to his career. He's a great person inside and out and I appreciate you guys taking the time to commend his efforts. It's always nice hearing these things from the guest. Deb has also been a joy to the Fairfield family as well. Deb's smile and energy is contagious. Deb goes above and beyond for her customers and really tries to make you feel like you are family. I know it made their day to see such a great review so thank you very much.

We stayed here while traveling home from hunting out west. We were satisfied with the rooms. Happy with the beds. Enjoyed checkin, fresh cookies! We were overcome with kindness at the breakfast and checkout. The breakfast dining manager greeted everyone with a 'good morning', she refilled coffee cups and gave away 'care bags' as we departed filled with an apple, muffin, and banana if you desired...and asked if you wanted more! They had a coffee selection too - all good.

This is an excellent Hotel. The staff is friendly and professional. Great location just off I-29. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Clean and comfortable rooms and a great breakfast bar in the morning that is well stocked all during the serving hours. Prices are fair. Great place to stay.

Room Tip: The backside is really nice, as it backs up to a beautiful wooded area.

When we arrived at this hotel we were greeted with a smile and a welcome and fresh baked cookies. Immediately we were given our key and we went to a large and very clean suite. We asked the desk clerk where the nearest restaurants were located and he clearly gave us directions to several nearby. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful. But the best surprise came as we were walking out. The hostess stopped us and handed us a “to go” sack filled with fruit, granola bars and cold water! Amaxing! Wonderful customer service.
