My wife and I were riding the KATY trail. The house us right off the trail and easy to find. We found the room very comfortable and the house is decorated in a very cozy country style. It was a Tuesday and we were the only ones in the house that night making it a quiet night. The breakfast was a serve yourself setup which we appreciated because we really did not want a huge breakfast before riding another 50 miles. there are some cute shops in town and what appeared to be a quaint resteraunt, however because it was early in the week everything was closed. The only place to eat when we arrived around 5:00 pm was the bike shop. We would stay again but probably later in the week.

Love Rocheport! So quaint and charming! A definite "Mayberry" feel!
Ate at the Rocheport General Store and Café - Food was Delish!
Boxcar was wonderful - Clean, Comfortable, Great nites sleep!
Right on the trail, and what a trail it is! Wide, well maintained, clearly marked, the river on one side & soaring bluffs on the other - simply beautiful! Loved the tunnel too!
A Bikers paradise! :-)
Hats off to the Dufur"s - everything was as they said it would be!!
Thank - you
Hope to do it again!!

The Katy Trail B&B was wonderful because it was right on the trail and clean. Had to share bathroom--not impossible, but not grand. Packaged food for breakfast, but decent. It was wonderful because you can purchase use of the washer and drier. Yea! I will stay there again!

Clean, comfy, nice location to the winery. Rustic, very close to the bike trail. Self serve breakfast. We stayed in the loft space, has an open ceiling bathroom, so if that's a concern for you, try one of the other units.
