This is really a pub that has over 1200 board games, from card games to minis. The age range is from kids to adult and children are welcome with parents. The bar is at the back of the room and has a good selection of local brews, hard liquor and some good coffee/lattes. The food is from the Homesteader next door. Unfortunately as good as the atmosphere and staff was the food was very hit and miss. The bison burger was very gamey (I guess that is appropriate) and left a bad taste. The potato wedges were just that, a potato sliced into 4 wedges. The spuds were ok, a bit under-cooked to my taste, but what really ruined them was the cheese sauce on them. It did not taste good to me or the rest of those at the table. It cooled quickly and congealed when it did. Just not a good look or taste. Would have preferred potato skins with shredded cheese, but that is just my preference. The nachos were fine, albeit drizzled with the same cheese, but the salsa helped cut the flavor and gave some spice that was needed and appreciated. The bread-sticks were very good (ordered them without the cheese sauce).

The gaming was great and very relaxed. The selection is huge and the staff is ready to make suggestions or help with explanations as needed. There was a decent crowd, of all ages and genders having a good time. If you are a gamer at all this place is for you!

One suggestion, sell bags of chips, pretzels or popcorn. Could make a mint!

There was not enough staff to handle serving tables on a Saturday night. The tables were dirty and the game we played you couldn’t read half of the cards, the game was such a mess. Food was dry and flavorless. We had four adult couples, on a Saturday night this is NOT a family establishment(people did have small children there), maybe Friday and Saturday 18 and over after 6 or something would be a good idea. 3 Stars because we did enjoy the idea of the place.

Yes this is a bar, yes there are over 1,000 board games and D&D games to play. Kids are welcome with a guardian. It does get busy. The Homesteader next door provides food for Pawn and Pint cause they are not a restaurant. Its a great place to meet people, bring friends or family to play games. or have a place to have a casual drink. They have a lot of events that happen too and it does cost $5 to get in but its worth it. Have fun and see you there!

This place is like a dream come true!! You can hang out with family and friends, play games, and drink beer! That makes for a perfect day! Huge space with hundreds of board games to play. I think they have about ten beers on tap plus can and bottle choices. Can buy buckets of beer or pitchers too. They serve food but we didn’t have food. $5 per person to get in. Owner and waitress was super nice and enthusiastic. Two stories. Huge tables. Try playing Code Names! So much fun!!!

This place is fantastic. They have all sorts of board games to be able to choose to play while you spend time with friends. They will even come around and spend time explaining new board games or recommending other games to play.
They have a very good collection of spirits, and they offer food from the restaurant next door. They also have a very good coffee selection and overall are fairly inexpensive.
