We were group of 8 with some of us with lots of diet constraints. Whole staff including Betty, Bobbie, Dora, Stephanie and wonderful chef Trina were just outstanding. They all went over and beyond their call of duty to give us most memorable trip despite no icebergs. Every one planning to go to NL should stay there. Their professional but personal gracious ness and warm touches were unforgettable. Really enjoyed every minute of our stay with them.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was clean and a good location; however, the rooms are dated and tired and there is not much soundproofing between rooms. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Our third stop on our west coast trip. Upon entering, we were treated to the sight and sound of a very drunk person, who wandered away eventually into a side room with slot machines. Beds were comfy, the rooms were adequate, but quite small. Everything was clean, but no holder for the toilet paper in the bathroom: strange. Lighting was a bit difficult, and there were no luggage stands. Our supper and breakfasts were good, and the dining room service was excellent. There was a boil-water advisory in effect, and we were given 500 ml. bottles of water each. Next day,I asked for a second one at the front desk, and was refused. So, not impressed with the service. The view of the harbour is in the distance : the parking lot and the shopping centre are closer in view.
