We saw the billboard on the interstate.... It sounded good like a good break in our day-long drive. The food was GREAT. Pricey but very tasty. The service, on the other hand, was lacking. Mostly her attitude. And when they display it by being friendly, cheery, responsive to customers they know, then the surly impatience is magnified. If I lived nearby, this would cause me to avoid it in the future. And when on the road.....well, I won't stop there again. And I'll advise against it too.

First of all it is Patty Ann's restaurant serving excellent southern style food. Wonderful décor and small town atmosphere. Most importantly is the quality of the food, outstanding! Rarely have I found such good eating at such reasonable prices. Only problem I have with this location is it's location, a long days drive from where we live. Had planned on a trip advisor no. 1 rated meal in Tunica but was running late and wife ready to eat(me too). Like the other reviewers the well placed billboards drew us in, thank you billboards! Do not pass up a chance to eat here. Evening we stopped by they had a local young man playing a guitar and singing, the longer we were there the more we realized how good he was, come to find out he had tried out for America's Got Talent when he was 14. Said he was thinking about it again, has my vote! By the way the service was excellent also, like you where old friends.

On our way south to Oxford Mississippi and saw all the road signs for Patty Ann’s and decided to stop in. A FULL parking lot was the first good sign and it just gets BETTER! Sparkling clean inside, linen table clothes and napkins. Great service. A wonderful fried chicken lunch and OH YES, PIE! You MUST stop here, and save room for pie!

This is an absolute must for home cooking and save room for dessert. Enjoyed chicken and dumplings, fried green tomatoes, and ice cream on warm peach pie served by great staff.

This is a fairly new , 1 yr open, in a remodeled DQ Brazier restaurant.
Outstanding homestyle and fresh made food and bakery.
The service was friendly and fast.
Many families and church groups filled the establishment.
Live entertainment, on a Saturday night.
The quality and quantity of food was plentiful and at a fair price.
A must place to stop when passing through or visiting Hayti, Mo.
I would drive 2 hrs to eat the homestyle food and enjoy the atmosphere.
Bright and family decorated interior.
