Typical budget motel. Rooms are crowded. Furniture well worn. Bed were OK. Bathroom is small with noisy fan. Unlike many competitors this motel DOES NOT provide microwave or refrigerator. They do allow pets. Near a very busy intersection, but the rooms facing towards the parking lot were surprisingly quiet.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the parking lot are likely to be quieter. Lots of traffic in this area.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and both times we have been very happy with the service, friendliness and cleanliness of location. It is very close to the West port Mall where we eat dinner. The rooms are large with a great flat screen TV, a microwave and fridge which we appreciate. The location is wonderful to get back on the interstate to continue on our travels.

i like to stay in the same room at this location as often as possible and front desk staff and management work to make this happen. when i arrived earlier than the 2pm check-in, rutu at the front desk noted that my preferred room was just released and worked with housekeeping to see that it was serviced asap so that i could check in. i like that she recognized and acknowledged my preference; she has always been great at check-in and check-out. just as takeoff and landings are the most crucial parts of a flight, smooth and efficient checkins and checkouts do wonders for making a smooth overall stay. also, i cannot say enough about the manager tameka; she is what i call the "value proposition" for this facility: in terms of customer service, knowledge, assistance with any and every problem, and efficiency, she's the best. i have actually scheduled stays based on whether she is working at least part of the duration of my stay. she is pleasant, friendly and gives this facility a welcoming and pleasing feeling. i like to have her handle my checkouts whenever possible because i prefer emailed receipts to paper and i need to receive each one without fail and i can count on tameka (and rutu) to see that they are sent immediately. great management and desk staff.

Room Tip: second floor rooms on the side opposite the highway in the "a" building are quietest.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and had all we needed. Close to some fast food and right next to the hwy. We will be back here again if we are ever in the area. Thumbs up to Red Roof.

Staff is super rude. Made a reservation online and they cancelled it. We had to make the reservation again. Reservation was for two days. They called and told us to check out. After advising them that our online reservation was for 2 days the front desk clerk said "What you do online ain't got nothing to do with me". Our room was not completely clean. Bathroom had hair in the floor and cigarette ashes from previous guest. Rust (or dirt stain) in the bathtub. I placed a towel down to stand on as I showered. I definitely don't recommend this place. We weren't expecting a 5star hotel for the price but we did at least expect cleanliness and courtesy.
